BUXTED PARISH COUNCIL MEETING DATES 2009

The following is the schedule of dates and times for Council, Committee and the Annual Assembly meetings for 2009.

PARISH COUNCIL MEETINGS

These are held on the second Tuesday in each month, except August. The Council meeting will normally be preceded by a Planning Committee meeting. The scheduled start time for the Council meeting will be 7.30 p.m. although the actual start time may be later if the preceding Planning Committee meeting finishes later.

There will normally be two meetings each month. These will normally be on the second Tuesday of the month, preceding the Council meeting, when the start time will be 7.00 pm and the fourth /fifth Tuesday of the month when the start time will be 7.30 p.m.
